To further accelerate our growth ambition, we want to enlarge our Global Marketing team and are looking for a Brand Content & Advocacy Manager. Our Marketing team is currently based in multiple locations: Zürich (headquarters), Hamburg and Seattle (regional offices). This role can be based in the Zürich office or partly/ fully remote. 

 

 

Job Description

If you are passionate about content production, building influencer/ key opinion leader relationships and are a coffee enthusiast, this role could be for you.  

We offer an extremely interesting position in which you can truly leverage your know-how and excitement for coffee. You get to produce content for diverse regions around the world and are directly involved in our content marketing strategy. You manage content production for multiple B2B and B2C touchpoints and work closely with Marketing and Engineering colleagues as well as key opinion leaders in the industry.  

This is a remote role allowing location flexibility. An ability to travel is required. 

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Development of touchpoint relevant content strategies (Instagram, YouTube, E-Commerce, LinkedIn etc.) 
  • Researching content by collaborating with our engineering and product management teams and with influencers & experts in the field 
  • Content production (photo, video and text) inhouse and with external suppliers and key opinion leaders 
  • Coordinating with freelancers and/or agencies for copywriting 
  • Build-up and maintenance of relevant global influencer network by brand 
  • SEO oriented content editing 
  • Tracking and analyzing content performance to continue driving visibility across the different platforms 
  • Working closely with marketing, product management & engineering teams and external suppliers 

 

 

 

Qualifications

  • A passion for building brands in B2B and B2C 
  • Proven hands-on mentality combined with strength of implementation  
  • Experience in writing and editing 
  • Experience in organizing photo- and video shoots as well as hands-on shooting experience 
  • Experience in the coffee business and interest in the technical side of things 
  • Experience in working with influencers 
  • Independent individual with a strong attention to detail 
  • Full fluency in English (German is a plus) 
  • SEO writing skills including keyword research and SEO optimized writing 
  • Strong community-building skills  
  • Strong communicator, able to talk/share internally and externally
